Some ART directors head is gonna roll. I've worked on that account and every typo was squarely all-my-fault, always. Didn't matter that I was the AD, there was a proofreader down the hall, the writer had signed off on it, and I didn't speak Dutch at the time.

(unless ING has moved agencies/things have changed at that agency that is)

Maybe the AD left out the 'r' so it didn't mess with his line breaks :)
